I heard a rumor about a possible upcoming Magic The Gathering Card which reverses the casting order of 2 or more enchantments.

the possibilities are so varied and rarified that I can't see including a card like that in a deck. You'd kinda have to know what multi enchantment deal your opponent has going on, and really be on the ball to stop them. you'd still need other interupts I think; and it really would have little effect on global enchantments.
I bet its blue. That's about the only color I could see a card working in. -

An enchantment resolves at the speed of a sorcery, so unless the enchantment(s) specifically have flash, only one can be on the stack with instants stacked on top of it. This seems kinda silly to focus a card on. If you are talking about instants and/or fast effects, then that is a whole other story, and yes the possibilities would be flung far and wide. I'd think you could come up with some very interesting effects ,so I'd like to see such a card. Course it would probably totally break vintage.
